Our writers worked with chiropractors to produce a series of healthcare books. We accomplished this by:
- Designing and developing processes, outlines, and table of contents (TOCs) for a series of exercise and health care books to be published as both e-books and hard-copy.
- Organizing and setting up photoshoot sessions for the capturing of over 300 different exercises. Coordinating a team of doctors, writers, graphic artists, and photographers to identify and capture required photos.
- Setting up book templates in Adobe Framemaker and beginning production and development of a total of eight different books for publication.
- Coordinating and scheduling research, writing, editing, and production of all work produced by doctors, exercise specialists, graphic artists, and photographers.

- Working with Dr. Abelson to research, write, and produce the book – Release Your Pain – Resolving Repetitive Strain Injuries with Active Release Techniques.
- Developing, editing, and producing all content and graphics for this book. Designing layout, structure, and table of contents.
- Developing marketing materials for Release Your Pain. Setting up and implementing marketing plans. This book has sold over 20,000 copies within the last two years.
- Coordinating, planning, and executing book signings for Dr. Abelson.
- Developing online shopping cart for marketing Release Your Pain on the web.

Active Release Techniques
Active Release Techniques is a relatively new approach to treat soft-tissue injuries. The founder of this technique, Dr. Leahy, required documentation for biomechanical analysis for medical practitioners. We produced this manual by:
- Researching, documenting, and writing the Online ART Biomechanics Manual, a 500 page online book that provided medical practitioners with detailed information about how to perform biomechanical analysis for a broad range of injuries, and directing them in appropriate treatment protocols using the Active Release Techniques.
- Performing information and needs analysis to determine documentation requirements.
- Designing the Online Documentation System for the ART Biomechanics Manual, including the development of a logical internal construction, comprehensive topic navigation (book type as well as visual graphic maps), and browse sequencing.
- Modifying anatomical graphics using Fireworks and Photoshop for online use. Integrating links between topics and images.
- Adding links to video tutorials.
- Working with Dr. Leahy and Dr. Abelson to verify all content accuracy, and conducting all edits and edit incorporations.
